If you return the bike after the deadline, you will be charged a penalty. Returning the bike after the due date causes inconvenience for our Dealers and other Riders who may have reserved the bike. If you believe you will be late, contact the Dealer before the end of your trip to request an extension.

If you are unable to produce your documents, your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued. So, before booking a bike, make sure you can show up with your documents!

Security deposits with IMPHI are kept secure and are fully refundable to the Rider once the bike trip is completed and the bike is returned.

We recommend that you monitor battery usage with an onboard display. Having said that, you can use the city's public charging infrastructure to top up your phone in an emergency.

To begin, we require Aadhaar, your permanent and current address (if different from your permanent address), phone number, email address, DoB, and other details. If you own a business, we will also require your GST and CIN numbers.

We charge one month's rent upfront. The first month's rent is charged as a refundable caution deposit.

We currently accept payments via bank transfer and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).

All of our plans include maintenance and insurance.
